What is Universal Law?
Universal Law is Life, and that which gives Life. It is man’s greatest asset — to be actively and consciously used in his daily life — or, through ignorance or misuse of It, the main cause of all his struggle and suffering. ‘
All is Love, yet all is Law’ says Browning. But until man gets to realize and use this Power, this freely-available Omnipotent Creative Force to which he has free access, he locks himself into a prison cell while the door stands wide open.
This same ‘Power’ fuels the sun with 4 billion tons of hydrogen every second, causes the earth to revolve precisely on its own axis once every 24 hours, activates every heartbeat in every living creature, and provides the perfect environment for life on earth.
Sages throughout the ages have studied this ‘Something Power’ that has done all of this, Its Nature and as much as can be known of It, and have gracefully passed-on their knowledge to us.
OUR LIMITED UNDERSTANDING
Trying to understand the all of It is as futile as trying to wrap our minds around Infinity, which is about the same as trying to catch and contain the wind in a cup. But we do find that, as we come to understand more and more of this Universal Law, and live our life in accordance with Its Nature, strangely, positive and wonderful, magical things start happening for us.
It is the knowledge of Universal Law, this teaching, training and its understanding, that has been passed on to us more than 2,000 years ago, and even before that by Buddha, that falls under the broad description of Universal Law.
When you do not know Universal Law, or try to work without, or against It, you struggle, you suffer and live a warped life. And the sooner man learns and understands this Truth, the sooner he will reduce the struggle and strife that seems to be the standard fare of so many.
When you work with Universal Law, comply, co-operate and harmonize with It, use It correctly as It is meant to be used, your life flows more smoothly.
Through diligence and correct application, you can achieve whatever it is you want in life, rise above any challenge or illness and achieve any goal. It is there to be used. That is its purpose for being… to be a definitive aid in life.
When you do, things fall into place for you, as if by magic, and your success becomes inevitable. Good fortune and positive growth, some-strange-how, ‘just happen’. Life — a full, free and happy life — starts flowing right for you and towards you.

There is one reason — only one — for ALL man’s suffering and struggling in life. Ignorance! He is ignorant of, or out of sync with, Universal Law!

And yet it controls and causes millions of people unimaginable suffering.
Why, why dear Reader... why is this? Nature is a profusion of Plenty, of Abundance, of Supply. Life… the Universe, is a principle of Never-Ending Profusion, of Plenty, of Prosperity, not poverty.
Surely, we dare not allow this to continue? Add to that the fact that this is not new knowledge… It is not some secret, mysterious new era revelation or a magical Eureka moment.
“Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind” was given us over 2,000 years ago. But have we got the message…?? Rampant poverty proves we have not.
The problem is NOT poverty… It is that man THINKS poverty!!
“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he!” Remember? And yet the man thinks, eats and sleeps poverty, he breathes poverty, walks and talks, he wails and whines about… p-o-v-e-r-t-y.
“Think Rich, you get Rich… Think poor you get poor. Now what part of that do you not understand?”
He believes and accepts he is poor, that is why he stays poor. He believes life is a struggle, so he struggles, and the struggling will continue until he breaks the self-imposed chain of ignorance.
He has wrong principles. There is a Principle of Intelligence, not of ignorance; one of Abundance, not lack, a principle of Love, not of hatred.
But sadly, he does not know that. He was never taught, and he did not know — there was no known institution — where he could learn about it… until now.
The Reason Poverty is Perpetuated
Day by day he hates the life he’s living. Little does he know that it is precisely by hating it, that he is drawing it closer and closer and wrapping it around himself tighter and tighter.
UNTIL YOU CHANGE… your circumstances, your life will not change!
Thought, be it positive or negative, is magnetic — it draws into a life whatever it is focused upon. But no one has ever taught him that.
No one told him that…
‘what you resist, will persist…’
‘what you magnify you multiply.’
“Make no mistake, the thing you hate… will always come back for another date.”
ALWAYS!
So, without knowing Universal Law, he is sinking himself deeper and deeper into the very quagmire he wants to get out of.
This is the ignorance that must be resolved for poverty to be eradicated.
That which he believes to-day, he will be to-morrow. And he believes he is poor to-day, so he believes he will be ????—- to-morrow. He has a ‘mental equivalent’ of poverty.
THE NEED FOR MENTAL CHANGE
Until he changes what he believes — in this case, poverty — his belief will be perpetuated. So poverty becomes his subconscious, continuous, locked-in life cycle.
Universal Law is a blind force. It does not reason: it does! A man can use electricity to boil his kettle for coffee, or misuse it and electrocute himself.
He can use Universal Law to take him to the heights of success and fulfillment, or misuse It to keep himself imprisoned and struggling through life, often locked in poverty from the cradle to the grave… from the womb to the tomb.
Man is His Own Worst Enemy
There is no ulterior force working against him. Through ignorance, he is working against himself. But again…no one ever told or taught him that, so the suffering goes on and on and on… ad infinitum.
No one… no situation, no condition, no circumstance… is working against him. God is not punishing him. (God cannot and does not punish anyone, ever: never did, never will). Man is punishing himself by remaining ignorant of Universal Law.
